The Board of the Needle Arts Guild of Toledo met briefly on Saturday, November 10, 2007 and voted to expend $50.00 on a gift certificate in commemoration of Kay Griffith’s Golden Needle Award from the Great Lakes Region of the Embroiderer’s Guild of Toledo. No other business was conducted.
